What is it used for?
PERINORM CD contains Metoclopramide, a gastrointestinal motility agent that works by increasing the movement of the upper digestive tract and by blocking dopamine receptors involved in the vomiting reflex. It helps food pass more quickly through the stomach and intestines, reducing symptoms such as nausea, vomiting, fullness, heartburn, and discomfort caused by slow stomach emptying (gastroparesis). PERINORM CD is commonly prescribed for nausea and vomiting due to digestive disorders, gastro-oesophageal reflux disease (GERD), migraine, surgery, chemotherapy, or diabetic gastroparesis.
How to use
- Take PERINORM CD as prescribed by your doctor.
- Usually taken 30 minutes before meals and at bedtime.
