4. Prescription Verification Policy
We strictly adhere to pharmacy laws. We will not ship prescription-only medication without a valid prescription from a licensed healthcare provider.
Our Verification Process:
- You upload a copy of your prescription or provide your doctor's contact info.
- Our licensed pharmacists verify the authenticity of the script.
- We reserve the right to deny any order if the prescription appears altered, invalid, or expired.
5. Order Processing & Payments
Pricing: Prices are subject to change without notice. We aim for accuracy, but errors may occur. If a product's correct price is higher than stated, we will contact you before shipping.
Payments: We accept major credit cards. By submitting an order, you authorize us to charge the applicable payment method. Charges will appear on your statement as "GetMeds Pharmacy".
6. Shipping & Returns
International Shipping: Products are shipped from our licensed facilities in India. Delivery times are estimates (typically 10-21 days) and are not guaranteed.
Customs: You are the "importer of record" and must comply with all laws of your country. We are not responsible for packages delayed by customs inspections.
No Returns on Meds: By law, we cannot accept returns of prescription medications once they have left our facility. If your order is damaged or incorrect, please contact support for a refund or reshipment.

- Attempt to resell products purchased from GetMeds (Personal Use Only).
